best suited to your property and budget.
- Implement the approved marketing campaign, incorporating newspaper
advertisements, appropriate signage, internet and all other items
necessary for a successful campaign.
- Determine if any existing tenancy agreements are in force.
- Liaise with occupiers or owners to arrange inspections.
- Conduct inspections of the property with prospective purchasers.
- Provide reports to you on the level of interest in the property.
- Submit all offers to you.
- Negotiate with parties in accordance with your instructions.
- Assist buyers in obtaining finance.
- Receipt deposit in accordance with the Estate Agents Act.
- Liaise with seller's legal representative regarding the Contract
of Sale, deposit and final settlement.
- Provide an opportunity for a final inspection with the purchasers
prior to settlement if required.
- Instruct your solicitor to prepare the Contracts of Sale and Section
32 statements on your behalf.
