How has Covid19 impacted the state of the market?

We are still seeing a significant volume of buyer activity in the market. At this stage we are adapting to how we do business, but we are still receiving a lot of enquiry which is evidence to indicate that the market is still very much active.

What should I do if I want to sell my property during this time?

If you are considering selling, we are here to assist you. Eased restrictions now allow us to engage professional photographers and other marketing experts to enable us to showcase your property at its very best!  

Can I still get my property appraised?

Eased restrictions now allow us to perform in home appraisals.  However, we are still able to offer market appraisals by photos supplied of your property or via a virtual appraisal and an opinion of value can be supplied without needing to physically visit your home. We can do this via FaceTime, Zoom and various other live streaming platforms.

How is paperwork signed remotely?

All contracts and agreements are either digital or electronic and means you can sell your property without needing to come into close contact with others.

How can someone view my property?

Open for Inspections are back to normal, however to ensure easy contract tracing, all attendees MUST be registered to attend.  We handle each enquiry with urgency and book in private inspections where the person cannot or is not willing to attend the advertised open home.
