About me

Karla Vella is an experienced Relationship Manager who specialises in working with investors, rental providers (landlords), and renters within the high-end property space. Her role is to manage properties on behalf of our rental providers and investors, and act as the middleman to resolve any issues that may arise between renters and rental providers, to make the leasing experience a positive one for everyone involved.

Having grown up in the Western suburbs of Melbourne, Karla brings to the table an extensive amount of local knowledge and high degree of familiarity with the area – something that is greatly valued by all of the clients that she works with.

Karla comes from a legal and social work background, having previously studied criminal law before going on to become a social worker, working closely to support troubled youth. She started her career in real estate in 2016, working as a Property Manager overseeing an independent developer’s large portfolio of properties.

Karla is known for her funny, outgoing, positive, and supportive nature. Her friendly and compassionate attitude coupled with her outstanding customer service skills make her a great asset to our property management team.
